I ordered 2 diffusers which were very pricey and claimed to diffuse a large room. The first one I used and it does not give off any smell even though it is diffusing. I just used it once and called customer service. They do not give refunds on used items even when they are not performing in the way that they should. I am very disappointed with the price I paid and the quality of the products. I also would have to pay shipping to return. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from Aromatools again.

I ordered a dozen pumps for lotion I sell. So far 5 of the 12 pumps have failed and my product was returned. I asked for the full dozen to be replaced and I was told they would only replace the 5 that have broken so far. There are still 7 pumps remaining that have not been used yet. I have my orders shipped to San Diego and then shipped to me in Barbados. It is a major ordeal to replace bad bumps. Braden said I would have to purchase more pumps. Purchased an EO wood storage rack that turns out to be larger than I need and the two pull-out shelves stick and jam so all the bottles fall. I paid for shipping cost of $15 to ship to me, will have to pay shipping costs to return for refund, and since AromaTools doesn't do exchanges, I would have to pay shipping cost again to order a smaller storage rack.
