Second time visiting, first time was good, but most recent experience was terrible. She left the room countless times and rushed the whole time she was there. She also tried to raise her tip prices to outrageous levels. Wont be returning
I have been here several times and have been ecstatic on how different Aromatic have been compared to other spas. They are amazing. Until last week. Besides running into a language barrier, it seems she wanted more money. I guess it was my fault because I went ahead and gave them their tip up front. I figured I'm going to give them the tip anyway. Why fool around with making change just to turn around and give it right back. For example...the massage is $60. And I plan on tipping the usual $40.
