We have a group went there for massage after work meeting, they did great job, very relaxed, everyone was happy after the Swedish massage we ordered. Reasonable prices worth it. Highly recommended.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I don’t often leave bad reviews but I hope others do not waste money at this place. While their website looks professional, the service provided was far from that. My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing couples massage as he’s never had a massage before and we thought this would be a fun treat on our Big bear get away. If there were a negative star rating, this place would deserve it. My experience during the couples massage was incredibly disappointing. The therapist working on my fiancée was unprofessional, laughing and chatting with her colleague while completely neglecting her duties. She frequently stopped to cough and clear her throat, which is unacceptable when you're supposed to be providing a service. Went for a couples massage here today, and experienced several items of concern from start to finish: - despite booking a couple’s massage, we were told at the door that there was only one massage therapist available since it was after hours.
