If there were a negative star rating, this place would deserve it. My experience during the couples massage was incredibly disappointing. The therapist working on my fiancée was unprofessional, laughing and chatting with her colleague while completely neglecting her duties. She frequently stopped to cough and clear her throat, which is unacceptable when you're supposed to be providing a service. Went for a couples massage here today, and experienced several items of concern from start to finish: - despite booking a couple’s massage, we were told at the door that there was only one massage therapist available since it was after hours.
