I had a wonderful sports massage at this spa! They took extra care to keep me relaxed, target all the problem areas and respond to any feedback/concerns. Planning on returning soon. Would recommend.
I rarely take the time to leave negative reviews, but my recent experience deserves to be addressed. From start to finish, the service during my facial and massage was beyond disappointing. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was anything but relaxing—there was a person loudly screaming in the lobby, and not a single staff member made an effort to address the situation. The three of us went together — the massage was amazing! Everyone was so warm and friendly that we felt completely comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone and I can’t wait to come back again!
I won't be returning here. The massage was rough and painful. Additionally, I was asked to pay (and leave a tip) before services were rendered; considering that a tip is meant to be optional for exceptional service, I defaulted to $10 knowing I could tip more in cash if the service was exceptional. After my massage was complete, I had just started to get dressed when the masseuse burst into the room (im standing there in nothing but underwear as she has the door wide open) and says "can you tip me more?" Absolutely loved my full body massage with Winnie! I came in with knee pain and shoulders so tight I could not lower them past my ears, and walked out a new person. Winnie was kind and communicative and the space was clean and comfortable. Cannot wait to go back!
