Such a great concept but poorly designed and executed product. I've had the AromaTech for a couple of years now and when it works, it works amazing and when it doesn't (which is quite frequently) the company refuses to repair/replace unless you pay additional for an out of warranty service request. They stopped answering after I told them I need to get a refund for a machine that doesn’t work....keep in mind I just received it and it worked for a day or two. SCAMMERS!!!!
I ordered several machines. The last order was not delivered and when I inquired about the order, I was directed by aromatech to take it up with the shipper. So I’m out several hundred dollars because I can’t prove it wasn’t delivered.
I purchased 2 Aroma Minis in August 2019 at $551. Then purchased nearly $100 more in oil in September 2019. Here we are 60 days later and both machines are broken and I’m stuck with not only 2 broken machines but oil I can’t use as well. This is a scam. $650 is a lot of money. I want my money back and will gladly return these crappy machines.
AromaTech claims to use only "natural ingredients" yet my unintentional exposure to their products caused me to suffer. I recently attended an art exhibit by the name of "arcadia" earth NYC. I was extremely excited since the exhibit was in support of sustainability and environmental protection. Bought the AroMini and it did not function. Sent it back with their shipping label provided and they simply returned the same defective diffuer to me untouched. They refuse to talk to anyone on the phone and do not answer emails. This is a commpany selling defective essential oil diffuers fot $285 that do not work,
