I came to Elizabeth after two years of trying to recover from a horrific cycling accident. The accident resulted in two spinal surgeries and way too many opioid pain killers. Elizabeth has a soft, honoring and intentional touch. Her work is very heart centered and she does an incredible job. I felt supported, safe and very relaxed in my body during our session and left feeling much lighter and at ease. I hardly ever post reviews but I feel everyone needs to receive a massage from Elizabeth. I’ve had lots of massages and I have to say Elizabeth has to be my favorite, her massage took me to another place, she has an amazing touch, and made me feel so comfortable!
