Found a nice gem of a place. Call to see if they had availability. And they told me, had someone after a hour available. Location is great, easy to find, was greeted by friendly staff. The masseuse was attentive and ask what was some my pain points. Managed to take those and some knots I had. Will return again, as service and staff are very helpful and friendly.
Today was visiting a friend in San Mateo, two hours early, so decided to look around and see what was available. Entered and the staff greeted me, they had availability, usually I call to make sure they could accommodate me. The staff was friendly and greeted me cheerfully. The massage was okay. I was pressured to give 25% tip and was also charged a 5% fee that wasn’t included in the menu.
The new management has the shop looking so much better than it did before. The shop is very clean, and updated, and the staff is very friendly. I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating deep tissue massage, that took away all my muscle pain, at least temporarily. I highly recommend the spa, due to its cleanliness and friendly, relaxing environment.
