Sub par. Said I wanted oil proceeded to use lotion. Then I asked again to please use oil. So she proceeded to mix lotion with the oil. All knuckles and forearms. Kept drilling the same three spots over and over again that really required no attention. So many other areas to work on that were just ignored. Proceeded to drag fists across lower dimple area of back, over and over and over. I have small cysts in that area I told her they are not going to go away so stop rubbing them as hard as you can or I won't be able to walk. ... read more
