My partner booked a couples massage for my birthday. The massage itself was fine, but it felt similar to when my partner gives me a massage, not like a massage from someone who received professional training. At one point, my masseuse left the room in the middle of my massage to help someone at the front desk. I understand things come up and businesses can be short staffed, but it felt unprofessional and the masseuse did not acknowledge that she left or make up the time she was gone. I booked a couple's massage here, and it was great! You have a lot of choices for massage here in Kirkland but this is by far my favorite!
It is an excellent massage place highly recommended
the massage was 8/10 but I gave them $100 for a $70 massage and they yelled at me for asking for $10 back. $20 is nearly a 30% tip. Im in sales I dont mind haggling but not after a massage. 28% is a great tip and they didnt need to ruin the vibe to try and press me for $10. will not go back.
