First time experiencing Aroma Retail today. We were greeted immediately & assisted with finding a scent we liked. It was a fun, pleasant experience & will definitely return.
Usually order online but decided to go in store. Everyone was incredibly helpful and sweet and their customer service (from experience ordering online) is always fantastic. Highly recommend their products and love supporting a fellow women owned business!
I own 6 of there products. Positive, the scents are great and I love them. Negative out of 5 of the big machines 3 has stopped working or the bottle came apart inside it. The small office /car diffuser works in a super small compacity. Sometimes it sprays out others it seems to trickle out. Now the new scent bottles are smaller than the original. The way I know this I had a different diffuser and it to 2 small bottles to fill up. Now it takes 3. So the different shape is a scam. Sorry I loved you guys I have contacted you ab... read more

We had an incredible experience at Aroma Retail in Las Vegas! Even though we got stuck in traffic and arrived just before closing, the team graciously stayed an extra 30 minutes to help us explore every scent we were interested in.
