I ordered several sample scents and was very satisfied with the quality of their samples. Ashely was very helpful and knowledgeable about their product.
(update 10/31- FYI- I have been back 4 times since this review and same feeling every time)OMG! I love this place. First, saw it on the news and thought I wanted my house to smell like my favorite casino. Every time I go, I always feel as if I am the most important customer in the shop. Out-of-towners here! We’ve been obsessed with Aroma Retail since visiting a Universal Resort in Florida. We have the scent machine for our home and LOVE it so we jumped at the chance to visit the Smelly Bar in person! Luisa assisted us in smelling ALL the smells…literally. She was so patient with my kids and my indecisiveness…and incredibly kind and helpful with suggestions. If you can’t visit the store in person, these folks are just as amazing with fulfilling online orders. I will be a forever customer. <3
I actually came across Aroma Retail when doing research on how the casinos achieve their amazing scents when you walk through the door. This led me to start researching diffusers for the HVAC system in my own home. Not wanting to purchase scents without smelling them first, I couldn’t wait for our next visit to Las Vegas! Very friendly staff. Would I loved most about my experience there was that the staff were willing to answer EVERY question I had about the fragrances, including my question regarding cockroaches being attracted to the sweet scents. Thank you ladies. (-:
