Unprofessional business. Called to make an appointment. Person didn't say anything when they picked up the phone. When I said hello, they hung up. Sent text to let them know I wanted to make an appt and they did not respond.
I would love to leave a wonderful review. If anyone answers the phone and I get serviced, I’ll be back to update my experience so far nobody’s answering the phone.
I booked a wax on Groupon but have not been able to get in touch with anyone to book it. None of their listed phone numbers work. Is this place still in business?
I’m not new at Brazilian Waxes at all. Today I tried Aroma Petals and my visit exceeded my expectations. A person is always nervous when they are a new customer at an unknown location. I must say Dynasty was awesome, patient, and professional. She talked me through the waxing process like it was my first time. I want to thank her for making my first appointment pleasant and satisfactory. I will be returning again.
