Dreamy Nails is a terrific Mani and Pedi salon. They are friendly, and their salon is very, very sanitary. Prices are very similar to local salons. They are the only salon in Chico that uses liners for increased sanitary cleanliness. I highly recommend Dreamy Nails. :-)
