Do not order from this place!! Ordered through the website they took our money then no food turned up, drove over and they were closed. Having to chase a refund through the bank as they were useless. Don’t bother with this place.
Ended up cancelling immediately after reading bad reviews. Ordered through deliveroo. Unprofessional took so long to refund. Deliveroo on chat needed confirmation from restaurant staff by contact however they were not responding effectively. Eventually deliveroo manager got through to them to cancel. The staff member at restaurant couldn’t even understand English or communicate back. Seemed like they tried to keep the order on and not refund other reviews saying similar. Avoid and don’t let people scam you
Similar experience to others. Ordered directly through their website and money was taken but food didn’t arrive. Tried calling the next day for a refund and was told that “they need to speak to the manager” but they hung up the phone. Have since called many times but it goes straight to answer machine. Still no refund for a meal that was never delivered!
Ordered through their website, payment was taken but nothing was delivered. Tried to call (10 times) but no answer. Not surprised as this is the second time this has happened.
Great food. I'm not sure about the rest of the reviews, but we ordered 2 curries, lamb chops, nan, and chips, and it was excellent. Give it a try !!
