I have ordered twice through door dash. Did not get what I paid for. Do not go there. Young lady would not give me her name and did not try to fix error
Can’t bother replying. I’ve tried calling corporate as well as the location we had visited. Both mailboxes are full and I kept being sent straight to voicemail. When my husband mentioned it was Veterans Day and tried handing his military ID over to prove his service to our country the little girl refused to take it and refused to give us the deal. Had a small issue with one Aroma Joes location and they immediately fixed it. They communicated in a timely manner and we’re not only professional but exceedingly kind and understanding, made me appreciate the whole Aroma Joes brand more.
