I’m a huge fan of the food and drink but unfortunately this location has a girl with glasses that is often working when I go who acts like shes being forced to work there against her will. They are usually good about hiring people with good customer service, which I think is incredibly valuable considering the drive through is many people’s first social interaction of the day, but this girl genuinely doesn’t smile, doesn’t exchange pleasantries, and doesn’t say bye when shes done handing you your order she just walks away…
I was at Aroma Joe’s the other day and I had a great experience. The girl working was so nice to me and made my drink and food so well. She even asked me about my vacation and we bonded over it and realized that we were at the same resort in the Bahamas. My hot chai was steamed to perfection and she even added my dairy free milk. She was the cutest thing I had to add a tip to her. Hats off to this lovely young woman in our society.
I went to this location for the first time yesterday at around 1 pm, and the two young ladies working the store were so kind. They seemed relatively busy but she made sure to inform me she was going to be over shortly. The girl who took my order was so sweet and the other one who handed it out complemented my nails, despite them being busy I felt very welcomed. I got a rush and it was made fast, and it was great.
