I have been using an espresso machine from this particular supplier, as a barista I feel this machine is reliable and precise with perfection. We definitely recommend their service and the technicians are resourceful and well trained. Love their service.

Yesterday, I had a technician at my coffee shop his name Raj who provided an excellent training session on our new espresso machine. He patiently explained every detail, including how to properly use the machine, how to clean it step by step, and even which coffee beans work best for the highest quality results.
