Lokesh was amazing at fixing our coffee brewer! Now Starbucks Huntsville will have great coffee again because of him! Thank you!!!
poor customer service. they dont accept returns unless the product is not used. there was a supervisor or something that was rude to us. he said if they are in a good relation with the customer, they will accept returns. wow
store looked very old, everything felt dusty. there was even an used coffee item on the shelves. even the signs were not readable at all. poor customer service. not recommended.
Lokesh has been wonderful. He came for an emergency repair and was super friendly and helpful
We have 2 expresso machines in our Tim Hortons. Any time we have any minor problem they always come in one call. Ritesh and uday they often come n fix our machines. They are very professional and good at their work. Must recommend place.
