Eric Crum is very professional and knowledgeable about the product he distributes. He is always so helpful on what we need. If we need some products he is there on the same or the following day. The machine technicians are also quick to come and fix the coffee machine. They get One Palm running the same day. Every time I call the office staff they are very friendly and willing to help us keep the machine. Thank you so to the team at Aroma
