I had one of the worst facial experiences of my life at this place. While the esthetician was rubbing creams all over my face, her cellphone rang. Instead of stopping and washing her hands, she answered the phone with her hands covered in product, handled the call, and then continued touching my face without washing or sanitizing her hands. Disappointed ☹️, first time I went there for microdermabrasion , very dirty no cleaning at all, full time my room door was open , unprofessional people, strongly not recommended , 0 star!!!!!
