Karyn is extremely skilled at what she does. I am a runner and Karyn has helped me alleviate muscle imbalances that are sometimes created as part of training. Her results are nothing short of miraculous.
Karyn’s understanding of body mechanics is what makes her the very best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I had a wrecked shoulder about a year ago and thought I would need surgery. She carefully worked on my shoulder and the muscles surrounding it until I was pain free. I have regular follow ups to keep everything moving freely. I would give her ten stars!
Karyn’s intuitive touch quickly found where my pain emanated from. Her gentle yet more than sufficient pressure was truly welcomed as she was able to quickly unlock the knots and tension and granted me quick relief from the pain in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend her therapeutic massage services and am looking forward to my next visit.
