Karyn’s understanding of body mechanics is what makes her the very best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I had a wrecked shoulder about a year ago and thought I would need surgery. She carefully worked on my shoulder and the muscles surrounding it until I was pain free. I have regular follow ups to keep everything moving freely. I would give her ten stars!
Karyn’s intuitive touch quickly found where my pain emanated from. Her gentle yet more than sufficient pressure was truly welcomed as she was able to quickly unlock the knots and tension and granted me quick relief from the pain in my neck and shoulders. I highly recommend her therapeutic massage services and am looking forward to my next visit.

Having suffered from daily pain and muscle spasms I reached out to Karyn for an appointment after a friend suggested going to her and giving massage a try. Karyn also does craniosacral therapy. Both the massage and craniosacral therapy have really helped me as I have way less pain and I can actually sleep after I have my muscles worked with. I highly recommend her if you have any type of pain as I tried many other massage therapists but karyn has a gift and has truly helped me.
