Chenise (hope that’s the correct spelling) was absolutely the best! Patient, kind, talented & helpful. So grateful that I was able to book a last minute appointment with her. My Brazilian & underarm wax came out fantastic. Thank you!!!
The first time I tried to go to this place It was closed. No big deal, online said they were open but I just chalked it up to there being a big game nearby. Second time I tried to go. Again, online said they were open, door was locked, whatever. I tried calling and the lady who answered very obviously was not happy to have had to pick up the phone but I asked if they accept walk ins and she said "we do but we're really trying not to." I have made multiple appointments Over the past few months at the commerce location and every time I make the appointment they call and cancel. Rude service. You are horrible at owning a business.
Made an online appointment and arrived on time. Door was locked, waited 10 min, no answer. Called and texted owner. Happened last time as well. Not professional. Whole situation is sketchy. Not to mention her strips are way too long and are so painful. Went to Monica’s Body Wax in Athens instead and received a much better service.
best waxing experience i have EVER had!! she made sure not to leave any stray hairs and was so personable and sweet!! will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!! thank you for getting me right for my wedding 🫶
