I arrived on time for my appointment but wasn’t taken in until 30 minutes later. The service felt rushed, with no care to check in or ensure comfort. She applied the wax without confirming the temperature, and when I said it was too hot during the anal portion, she didn’t acknowledge it or adjust. This lack of attention made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
the owner is very rude and mean, i won't be spending my money here anymore
The girl at the front wasn’t friendly or welcoming at all. No one explained anything to me. Just pointed to the side room and told me to get undressed. And to me the place looks nothing like the photos. It’s cluttered and dank. The girl who did my wax was sweet and did a good job but I won’t be going back again.
