I use ARO Multi Services on a regular basis and have never been disappointed. Initially they did a deep clean and the apartment was sparkling from top to bottom. They also thoroughly cleaned the fridge, oven and microwave which came up like new. They now come every 3 weeks and when we return home it's as if the cleaning fairies have been in and waved their magic wands. They go above and beyond to make sure the flat is gleaming. A fantastic clean for a decent price and great customer service all the way through! We were given two options for a bathroom deep clean as we had a mould issue and went for the (considerably) cheaper one which had a stated no guarantee of full removal but Aro still managed to clean 95% of it and did a very good job on the rest of the bathroom - all the morning after we got our initial quote! Very happy and would recommend.
They did an absolutely fantastic job. Everything was sparkling, and it made the whole moving-out process so much less stressful. Seriously recommend them if you need a reliable and thorough clean.
Terrible service. Very unprofessional. Too much talking (wrong information) and very poor service. They broke the door of the clinic on the first day and then following week they blocked the toilet via throwing cleaning wipes into the toilet. Also they set the alarm incorrectly which led to a false call to the police which we were panelised. They are nightmare! I would never recommend them.
