Perry & Rick came out, measured our broken window, got it ordered quickly. Perry returned, about 1 week later, to take out the broken window and do the preliminary install, sealing the window and setting up for the finish the next day. Perry & Rick returned the next day and went far and above the call of duty in helping us fix the bad framing the previous contractor (who broke our window and refuses to pay for it) had done. This was one of the best experiences EVER! Thanks so much.
