I hired Aros to fix three outdoor lights that werent working. Aros sent two entry level (non-licensed) technicians to troubleshoot. After 3-4 hours they could not fix the problem. They then called Oscar the owner and Master electrician to help. In one hour Oscar replaced two bulbs and 2 GFI outlets. I was charged $750. One month later the three bulbs again burned out.
