Dr.Vielgo respectablely should be given much appreciation for the great amount of time and effort it takes to become a physician. In my personal experiences, there have been many moments of confusion and a lack of empathy from Arnulfo. I even recall him saying my behavior was idioctic. I can only give Dr.Vielgo the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was extremely stressed that day.
