I’ve had a frustrating experience with the service department at Arns, particularly regarding our snowrator. This has been an ongoing issue every time we bring it in for service, which is incredibly disappointing. John, however, is a gem! He’s always been amazing—nice, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Great turnaround on my chainsaw blades. They even threw in a couple new ones from a new possible dealer.
Ok Hear me out….. I’m super frustrated.. I’ve bought 4-6 different machines from these guys….. SUPER NICE GUYS DONT GET ME WRONG BUT 3 machines later I’ve lost much patience and faith … The 2024 Airens Hydro Sweeper has been useless to me, I feel its use was heavily oversold. In 2 yrs I’ve used it successfully 3X. Every attempt to use it ends in either it bucking, or unable to clear anything over a inch deep or wet.
