We've used Arnquist three times over the past 10 years for flooring projects around the house - an entire basement of carpet, tile in our storage room, etc. Most recently, I needed a small box of vinyl tile to fix some 20 year old tiles that had cracked in our laundry room. They are amazing to work with and staff kept in touch throughout the installation process. Josh is the best!!
Wonderful experience working with Arnquist Flooring staff and installers. All of our projects turned out beautiful including, laundry backsplash, two bathrooms and new wood floors.
People in the store were good to work with until it wasn't. Had to change subcontractors couple time to finish flooring installation. Then found both bathroom tile installs were installed wrong, tiles sticking up and underlayment installed wrong. They wouldn't stand behind there work. Beware of there subcontractors on new house build. Going to cost me thousands to fix
