The day of my pre-op it took a half hour to see a nurse to go over everything but they were super apologetic about the wait due to being understaffed that day and extremely kind. The day of my surgery was amazing. I was brought into my room immediately and very shortly after into the surgery. The whole time they listened to my concerns and answered my questions while explaining all their procedures very thoroughly.
