Just wanted to thank James and Keith for fixing something that wasn’t really theirs to fix! I had gotten a stain here a week or so ago and realized we needed another can. My sister tried to pick one up from another location for me, but they mixed the colour incorrectly and refused to fix it when she pointed out it wasn’t the right shade (they mixed black instead of grey). Always friendly helpful staff
Went to this location yesterday for paint. Raphaela helped us. She plugged in lightbulbs to see how the paint would look, brought the paint chip outside, found a paint chip that resembles our flooring colour - all to ensure her customers were satisfied. She really goes above and beyond, she is very friendly and so patient.
