Kelly is very condescending. I tried to ask what they charged for dentures to be refitted. She said she didn't know, she would have to look it up. I explained that I received a quote of 1200.00 over the phone a few months ago. I asked her to look it up as I had received 100% coverage from cdcp Then she told me they don't do lower denture fittings. Then she told me to go to renfrew denture clinic. Absolutely phenomenal care! Never had a bad experience here,and they do what it takes to make sure you feel safe and relaxed for any procedure. Staff is top notch!
