Service here is top notch. I bought my Jeep Gladiator in the city, but brought it to Arnprior Chrysler for servicing. From Day 1, they treated me like I had bought the truck from them. I had an issue with the (Katzkin special order) leather on one of the seats just before the warranty expired. Colton went the extra mile and got Jeep to replace it for me even though Arnprior Chrysler doesn't routinely sell the Katzkin product. Bought my Jeep there in 2020. The service there is always quick and efficient and the staff are very friendly. I worked out of town so I would drop my vehicle off after my work and a loaner was always available to use till I picked it up the next day. Definitely a 5 star organization.
They helped me get my first car and I love it. They were amazing helping me through everything and very honest. I was able to review the financing before purchasing online with other locations and talked to other trusted friends and family and everyone agrees I got a great deal. They definitely have a customer for life with me.
