The nurses were phenomenal. I went for abdominal pain. After waiting for hours, I went to the restroom. I hadn't been able to eat previously at home due to my condition and felt quite hungry. When I returned, my husband told me that the doctor said to consume the whole sandwich and drink. I never saw this doctor. She never examined me. She went me home immediately after entering the room. The service is unbelievable. The Arnot health call center is an absolute joke and completely pointless. The walk in on romelt dr has not answered the phone in three days to answer questions regarding my sons previous visit. My wife had to make 4 visits to the ER in elmira before she got the care she needed after being told there's nothing wrong. I would recommend driving to Guthrie even if my life was on the line.
Always kind & helpful w/directions, transport, phone use when you forget your cell & great food options in the cafeteria/hot & cold.
