Jessica the housekeep did a great job with cleaning the rokm and was helpful. The RN Ace in the ICU was amazing
The staff at the Speciality Pharmacy have been absolutely NO help in resolving a bulling issue through an HRA account. The pharmacy contacted us assuring us we would get the same level if service as the mail order pharmacy we had been using. Needless to say, they couldn’t figure out how to bill the HRA. The staff there said the card was declined. So I give them a visa card for the $79.00 deductible because the meds are needed. Worst experience i ever had
I hate Arnot for several reasons, but the most recent is their billing processes. Having said this there's wonderful people that are sort of caught in the crossfire that are great at what they do. Unfortunately their billing practices, are pretty undesirable. And somewhat questionable in ethics. I was charged $2,000 for lab fees, my insurance only paid for part of that, and I was making payments and the account was shipped off to some debt collector I've never heard of before.
