Long waits, under staffed, high turn over rate. Poor management, place keeps getting worse!, was with my daughter on Thursday at Erwin office and waited 1hr. 45 min. To get in. Ugh....good luck seeing a doctor and if you do, probably wont be there by next visit. Best of luck, you will only see as physician assistant
