Dr Joyce Fernandes has been amazing. She took my situation seriously and was very thorough in coming to a diagnosis. Dr Fernandes has exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend her as a Kind, knowledgeable and competent GP.
Dr. Adem is an excellent GP and a very good listener. He does not brush off my concerns and always takes my complaints seriously, following up with appropriate action. I feel heard and respected during every appointment. I’m truly grateful to have him as my GP.
Worst GP practice in the area! Called to request a summary of my vaccination and was told I have no records of any vaccines and was asked whether I am one of their patients.. have been registered with them since 2011. Today stayed on the line more than 1 hour and still no response. Called a second time and opted in to be called back once the queue is shorter, then received an message saying they couldn’t contact me when no call was issued. Poor communication from staff. I saw Dr Frenandes this morning. I was very impressed with her approach to my health issue. Dr Fernandes attentively listened to my concerns and came with the action plan. I left surgery with optimism and felt that I am in a very knowledgeable doctor’s hands. Thank you!
Having joined the Arnos Grove Medical Centre recently whilst pregnant and now with our newborn, I cannot fault the standard of care we have received from Dr Adem and Dr Sneath. Both Dr Adem and Dr Sneath have maintained professional yet friendly approaches and have never been dismissive or patronising to any concerns I have raised with regards to our baby - this is particularly important for new parents.
