Absolutely terrible place. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been let down and forgotten about on many occasions. A minor issue with a toenail lasted a year longer than it needed to because no one in the centre thought to tell me they’d got a diagnosis through. An ADHD assessment has dragged on interminably due to them failing to send on a form and therefore leaving me hanging on for four years pointlessly. I can't fault the service I've received from this GP Surgery. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors to the phlebotomists, to name a few, maintain such a high level of professionalism and lead with compassion. I always feel considered and the surgery does a fantastic job at keeping me updated on test results, treatments that may be needed and accommodate me so well in terms of finding convenient appointments. I have been a patient at this practice for many years, and my experience has been very positive. I usually see Dr Keiran Sneath, and he is great! The members of the admin team at reception are also very helpful, polite, and efficient. Thank you!

I had a phone appointment to discuss about my test result which I had done 2 weeks ago. Surprisingly nobody called and even didn’t let me know they cannot call. I have concerns about the result, unfortunately they don’t care.
