I saw Dr Frenandes this morning. I was very impressed with her approach to my health issue. Dr Fernandes attentively listened to my concerns and came with the action plan. I left surgery with optimism and felt that I am in a very knowledgeable doctor’s hands. Thank you!

I have been going to this practice for 5 years now and today I had the worst experience ever. I popped by to drop a sample from home which is already embarrassing for a patient, there was a new receptionist, young girl with a hijab, couldn’t see her name. She welcomed me relatively quickly and when I said I had a sample to drop she made a smirk/subtle smile and she pulled up the samples tote bag making me try to drop it in there through the wall (very very difficult). Really happy with the treatment I have received during a recent bought of ill health. I've seen a number of doctors, all who have listened to me, sent me for tests and taken their time to discuss my concerns and results. Last week I had an appointment with Dr Fernandes who really put my mind at ease. She listened and advised which made all the difference.

I can't fault the service I've received from this GP Surgery. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors to the phlebotomists, to name a few, maintain such a high level of professionalism and lead with compassion. I always feel considered and the surgery does a fantastic job at keeping me updated on test results, treatments that may be needed and accommodate me so well in terms of finding convenient appointments. Absolutely terrible place. I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been let down and forgotten about on many occasions. A minor issue with a toenail lasted a year longer than it needed to because no one in the centre thought to tell me they’d got a diagnosis through. An ADHD assessment has dragged on interminably due to them failing to send on a form and therefore leaving me hanging on for four years pointlessly.
