The guys are so nice!!! I had issues with the first e-trike, they were so accommodating and I was able to switch to a bike that was a better fit for me! So nice to cruise around town with an e-bike!

Every time I visit Provincetown, I rent a bike from Arnold's Bike Shop. The service is great- kind, informative and they have great bikes. Years ago, I rented a bike from Arnold's and I liked it so much, I returned in the fall and bought it! My recent visit was no different, the bike I rented was great- $35 for 24hrs. And, I appreciate that it's a family business. I'll return every time I visit. 5 stars from me.
horribly maintained rental bike shop. we rented 2 bikes for an afternoon on the bike trail. at first glance, i noticed the bike handles were rusty and unclean. that should have been our first warning but we had already paid and i did not want to make a scene. we asked for helmets and was told we could borrow some but “did not need it.” another red flag for not ensuring the safety of their riders. i tried on a helmet but was unable to adjust the back to fit my head. i gave the helmet back but the guy did not even clean it and... read more
Very quick and easy process to take out and return bikes. As of July 1st 2926, for 4 hours it is $27 for regular bikes and $60 for e bikes. I think this is a fair price. Beautiful bike trail on the island, would definitely rent from here again.
