Easy process and convenient location to……rent bikes.
Arnold’s Bike Rental is our first stop when we arrive to Provincetown! We get great service every time. Bikes are efficient enough. They have plenty of E-bikes for those who prefer an easy ride. The staff is helpful and friendly. Trip not the same without a joke or two with Rob. Convenient location on Commercial Street. Next door to the OC taproom! See you next summer.
Got 2 bikes. While waiting, someone was complaining about their scooter brakes not working, and they didn't seem too sympathetic. As we went to the house, the chain came off changing gears. It came off again later when going to dinner/show, and noticed the teeth were very worn with one broken. The other bike couldn't go higher then 14 of 21 speeds. The bike handles were also very sticky/ dirty. After walking the bike with dirty hands late to a show, brought it in and the manager was not very professional, stating the problem... read more
Friendly staff. Easy going and easy to talk to. Rented standard and electric bikes for our getaway. Very happy with their service!
