Let me preface this by saying Im extremely nonconfrontational so it was difficult to express how uncomfortable I was at the time of the service. This has got to have been the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I have very curly hair that was well past my shoulders (see picture). Things i asked for - my hair to be just below my shoulders when dried and curly, layers, a side bang.
