I am very frustrated with this nail salon. I was in to get dip nails at first they were good not my favorite but still good. Then 3 days later 2 nails fell off and majority of the other nails the top coat was coming off. I went in to get them fixed and they did. Then that same day ANOTHER nail fell off. Now at this point I was over it, I went in again to ask for my money back because dip nails shouldn't fall off within a week. I was doing nothing harsh that would cause nails to fall off. Great salon right in Arnolds Park. Super nice people! Very good full/mani and gel pedi! Very happy

So nice and were ready for me when I came in for my appointment. My full set looks amazing, even, and didn’t take very long either! The #2 pedicure was the cherry on top. Very relaxing

I have no clue how people can say “best salon in the area” when they can’t even follow up with time lines on the appointments. Honestly was super frustrated and wasted an hour of my time waiting for my nails to be done. Took the color off and left me to sit in the chair for like 30 minutes and after I told them that I have another appointment I’ve been told: go there and come back! Question. Who likes spending 4 hours of pretty much only day off trying to get nails done? Really hope no one. Never will step my foot in there.
