Ordered two pounds of turkey breast sliced thin - got it home and it is shredded. Called to get it replaced and was told they can’t do that. Will not be going back to Arnold’s Deli again! Totally disappointed!!!

Update, July 13th, 2005: Gave them a second chance, as promised, last week. Service actually got slower since last year. 25 minutes for a takeout breakfast sandwich, again… messed up the order and didn’t put the hash brown on the sandwich… again. Congrats. First time ordering Everything was perfect. I had ham,egg and cheese on the best roll I've had down here. I considered it comfort food on a rainy day. I was awesome. I will not hesitate from ordering from here...great service too. 🫠
