I guess you could say I;m Biased about Gray Family Health and Dr. Arnold. My wife and I started going to Dr.Arnold when she first got her license. The Office was in a single wide trailer and Dr Waite was also in her office @ that time and he had a trailer on the same property. Later she moved to a new location next to the nursing Home. Then she moved to her current location.In the beginnings their was times that we would have a long wait.But since she has been in her current location I;ve never had to wait past my appt. time... read more
I have seen the PA twice and have nothing but good things to say about her. She has been friendly and always personally calls me back when I have questions. I would recommend seeing her or anyone there for that matter. Also, the office staff is super! They know my name and face already. I couldn't be happier with the service.
I was a patient their during one of my recent visit while I was with the NP I was completely nude with her and the door lock no charpone that not good then she sent me to get a shot at the lab .it was in the but nowhere to bend over so with my pants down shorts to I was given to shot one in each cheeky the nurse offered no instructions on nothing to cover the front of u being a man u still should be respected or u would think she have u turn around but they don't i saw the nurse look at my exposed front and said nothing I ha... read more
If I Could Save One More Person From The Horrible Experience I Had, I Will Be satisfied. I unfortunately Did Not Get To See Dr. Arnold Instead I Had To See The Nurse Practitioner, Which I Emphatically Would Not Advice ANYONE to See Gail. She Is Unethical, Judgemental, She Is A Manipulator, Barbaric In Her Method To 'Help' People, & She Will Make Everyone In Her Office Believe She Has Done No Wrong. I can only say that I could not be more pleased with the Staff and Dr. Walker. I was terrified about going to see a doctor because of my stupidity of pain medication abuse. My wife said she contacted a doctor so I can get that part of my life fixed. I was scared at first (mainly scared at how I would be judged) but I knew it was the best thing for my FAMILY!! My husband and I have been going to Dr. Arnold for many years, almost 10, and she is a loving, caring and attentive physician. She will go the extra mile for the correct diagnosis and displays such compassion. Over the years, her staff has been so kind to me and I can't thank them enough. We are blessed to have Gray Family Health in our community. Bonnie and Barry
Gray Family Health does not have extended hours and only has one doctor and a nurse practitioner. The wait is horrible and the office staff are rude. Dr. Arnold takes very little time with her patients. Many in the community would like to see other general practitioners move into the area.
