Had a very negative experience with Mr. Swartz as mediator. He was very biased against me as a man. Treated me as if he was a little afraid of me. At one point, I asked to speak with him alone prior to one of our scheduled mediations. He declined and said it was not his practice to do that. However, when I came in for a mediation weeks later, he was in the office with my daughter's mother talking with her privately. It was indicative of his favoritism. Arnie was fantastic to work with. He was able to help us compromise and he stayed neutral in a contentious setting.
