I unfortunately don't remember the name of the gentleman i spoke with, but on March 13 I called and the representative I talked to was extremely polite and explained what everything was so I would understand, which honestly, I was clueless. He provided a description of all routes I could go and quotes for those services. He was very clearly knowledgeable on all subjects including my issues about a spider infestation.

We had our wood burning fireplace converted to gas today and we could not be happier with our whole experience with Arnold Stove and Fireplace. Our salesperson was patient and knowledgable. We had to get some extra information about their insurance coverage because our condo association was asking for it, and they promptly complied with our request. The installers arrived on time.
