I couldn't even schedule an appointment without the office staff literally screaming at me over the phone. It's so embarrassing to know that there are still unprofessional and disrespectful receptionists working in doctor's offices to this day. You would expect more from a place with a 5-star review. Please speak with your staff about proper phone etiquette and basic human decency, they definitely have no knowledge of either and it shows.
Dr Falchook is a top doctor. He is caring, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am thankful I have found him to help guide me.
Dr Falchook is very through,kind and has a good sense if humor. I'm always nervous going to the doctor and he put me at ease. His nurse BARBARA is very pleasant!!
Dr. Falchook is amazing! I saw him for a second opinion of a medical condition. He spent more than one hour with me and wrote an incredible report. He also called me three times personally to review additional information.
Dr. Falchook is an amazing doctor. He spent 2 hours with me on my first visit and almost the same time during the next visit. He explains everything thoroughly, reviews all your medical history from labs and Boca Regional Hospital. He sets up communication with him on the computer, He is caring and gentle. He helped me with gout and is exploring ways to help me with chronic back pain. His staff is wonderful. You feel they really care about you. Highly recommend
