This company is terrible we reached a settlement and they said they were going to handle the finalization of the paperwork in June 2026 it is now September 2026 I was issued a collection notice and default judgment as they didn’t complete what they were supposed to on my behalf. No communication with me or JG wentworth and when I try to call or email them I don’t get through and get no response. I hope JG wentworth leaves them as they are getting paid to bullshit.
