I went into this store to purchase a stihl trimmer the lady behind the counter was very helpful. she showed me the difference in trimmers and how to work them. If you ever go to purchase a trimmer or chainsaw i would say go here. they don't just try and make a sale they try and listen to what it is you need and then recommend what you should get.

this place helped me out in the best way. they go above what is expected to help you. i didn't understand how to work the equ. i needed. they walked me thru it and showed me step by step until i was comfortable myself.
Horrible service...reserved unit, not available, wanted us to upgrade for more $$$. You have got to be kidding! and how nice for their pocketbook!

I can book a hotel room and rent a car with my debit card, but you can't rent a tool to me without a credit card. Totally rediculous and not customer friendly. Attitude is like too bad, we don't really care.
