I've rented from Arnold Properties for over 8 years. I have enjoyed every minute of it! If there is ever a problem that requires maintenance to come out, I send over an email and it gets an immediate response during business hours, and someone from maintenance is at my door within 24 hours. Maintenance is great at finding permanent solutions and they don't just half way fix things. The rent price is extremely fair, especially knowing they take care of the property, and the office staff is awesome.
