Terrible communication and no follow through after the initial visit for an estimate. Got excuse after excuse for weeks so I gave up. Would have a been a simple call if they decided not to take my project but instead, wasted weeks of my time with excuses.
Sister company to APH Buys Homes, whose employee refused over the phone to remove my address from their mailing list after receiving multiple letters from them after my mom died. Then responded to my review that they were glad they could reach out and come to a resolution after nobody even called me back or reached out to apologize after the incident. Gross people that didn't care about the knife they were twisting into my family's grief.
Terrible owners. Not worth it.
