Horrible experience. Absolutely find someone else. Took our 4 yo here because we've had good experiences at Arnold Palmer children's hospital in the past. This is not the arnold palmer experience. The doctor was disconnected and has over 1000 patients. Don't expect a call back if you contact their office with a question for the doctor. You're just a number at this practice.
Couldn’t be worse. Terrible experience
They don’t answer and they don’t call back for days. I tried them anyway despite the other review. But that review was correct.
Very very poor contact. Can never get a hold of anyone. They can't even confirm appointments. For a medical facility it's the worse place. Definitely find another place to go, do not trust this place at all.
