I have unfortunately had to come here at least once with all 3 of my kids. They really try and make the experience as pleasant as possible for your child. They have payment plans if your insurance isn’t great at hospital coverage (like mine). My poor youngest had to have an ultrasound of his kidneys that lasted over an hour. If you are ever in an emergency with your child, this is where you want to be. The coordination between the urgent care and the Arnold Palmer ER was seamless. We were seen the second we walked in for my daughter’s breathing issues. The staff is compassionate and they really think of everything—including free power bank rentals for parents who (like us) forgot their chargers in the rush. If you’re looking to waste your valuable time and not be seen by a doctor for at least 2 hours from the time you arrive this is the place to go. Worst staff worst service ever. They treat your child’s 102 fever like it’s a low grade fever. Always an excuse staff unwilling to help or clarify. Explain to me why I had to request a dose of Tylenol when they took her temperature at 102? If you’re not looking to waste your time avoid this children’s hospital at all costs.
They did a great job working on my granddaughters brain cancer....
