My husband contacted this company a week ago and they made arrangements to stop by and look at our boat so we could have a Bimini top made and also more importantly a boat cover. Not only did he not come by, he did not call until my husband called him to ask why he did not make it out to look at the boat. He obviously doesn't care about new potential customers. Then my husband called his wife and she was rude and told him to go elsewhere so NO i would never recommend a company that is rude and has poor customer service skill... read more
