I just purchased a used lift from this location and overall, the experience was great. I worked with Steve Bell and I found him very easy to work with. It took me the better part of a month to make a decision, and Steve never pressured me one way or the other. After the purchase they went above and beyond to make sure I had new tires and that I was happy with my purchase. The company I work for has used arnold several times for simple service calls. The always improperly diagnose our machines and even when doing simple PM work they always leave our machines looking worse than when they arrived. (Globs of grease everywhere. Puddles of spilled fluids from whatever reservoir they are topping off. All in all horribly unprofessional. Would recommend to nobody.
